We hand-select top-tier subject matter experts, business leaders, and experienced CEOs from across Canada and beyond that are specifically suited for our cohorts, their businesses, and their unique challenges and problems.
Overall, you can rest assured that we will put you in touch with awesomely amazing humans who are picked specifically to address your goals and needs.

Roughly 3-6 hours per month on average.

This is a place where you and your business comes first. So in general, we aim to bend for you, so you have the support you need.
This means meeting times vary depending on the cohort’s availability and type of event.
We will typically use scheduling polls to plan events and meet ups. Your coaching calls are self-directed on your schedule. Most program events will likely be during work hours. Quarterly leadership socials may be on weeknight evenings.

Absolutely. We all need breaks!
We avoid scheduling any program events during or close to major holidays, to give you ample time for rest and recharging.

Yes, of course.
Our goal is first and foremost to help you succeed. If your success is best found outside of our programming, we are happy to support your transition out of the program and cancel your membership if needed.
